Airtel axis cc showing wrong cashback on swiggy

Swiggy food transaction is fetching only 1% not 10% .. has anyone faced similar problem? How make it correct? Customer care email? Call? .

I stopped using Airtel Axis, except for either bill payment or Airtel recharge, any one of them, not even both, they are skipping cashbacks conveniently, one transaction a month and I will know what fraud airtel/axis did in cashback.

Ya, same for me...swiggy tracked as 1% only ... hoping that they adjust it next month as i have got extra cb added quite a few times
