To get the cb, code apply is mandatory? I think I have done one recharge without applying the code. Will I get the cb, how can I confirm thiS?

no code required. just use only on Airtel app.

But in the code section apply option is available for the Airtel offer. So I'm afraid I'll get CB or not. Did you get CB without applying the Airtel offer available in code section?

That code is formality only. At the end, what all matters is mcc. You can use airtel website also to recharge.
