Airtel axis card cashback queries.

I have a doubt regarding the Airtel Axis cashback. I mainly use the card for Airtel DTH and Airtel mobile recharges. I know we get 25% off, up to ₹250 per month, but is this combined for both DTH and mobile, or is there a separate ₹250 cashback limit for DTH and ₹250 for mobile?
I've also heard that there’s a 10% cashback for non-Airtel recharges, but when I did a non-Airtel DTH recharge once, no cashback was applied or shown in the payment section. It’s the same with non-Airtel mobile recharges too. Do we really get cashback for non-Airtel DTH and mobile?
Could someone kind please clear all my doubts?

What about non-airtel dth? Does it come under 10% up to ₹250 or what and Have you ever done a non-Airtel recharge? If yes, does the cashback get applied and shown before you make the payment, just like it does for regular Airtel recharges?"

I dont hold any credit card.
I tried to apply for airtel axis card.
But didn't get from Airtel app.
Is there any alternative to get this card ?

You can check for pre approved offers in axis app if you have any relation with them.
