Air Fryer or Air Fryer with Oven

I was looking to buy Airfryer but i saw products having Air fryer with oven features like preheating , baking, roastint and grilling. It even take less time than microwave
Is anyone using and is it helping as I dont have microwave at home and can use it instead of buying new microwave.
As per reviews there are only 2 airfryer  with oven in market which are good. Inalsa and Agaro 12L
