I have following flights 

India to Kuala Lumpur 

Kuala Lumpur to langakwi 

Can I combine both pnr so that luggage automatically handled during flight change?


How much gap should I have between Kuala Lumpur landing and langakwi take off

If both flights are of same airlines, then luggage will be automatically handled. Atleast air india offers this, not sure about other airlines

Can't combine. Two PNRs means you have made two separate reservations.

If I am not wrong, you might have to go through the immigration process and then check-in again.
