Advance payment to SBI credit card

Hi ,
I am trying to purchase something using sbi card. But my card limit is 7k less than transaction value. I tried few payment apps . Due to RBI's rule BBPS isn't accepting money in advance.
Is there any active UPI or NEFT option to pay 7k in advance to SBI credit card?
Is Credit Card (VISA) Bill Pay option on SBI netbanking portal working?

try paying via sbi yono app if you have sbi bank account, it will go through instantly...

You can add shopping voucher for rest 7K if discounts are same .
