Yes, I'm also noticing ads within recorded content (read: old content) since yesterday, despite having a SonyLiv Premium account. Went to Twitter to complain; and realized that 100s of people were ranting about the same, but no clear messaging from SonyLiv's account.
Only for Free plans - Ad Free is missing from features list (Acquired from TimesPrime or other sources)
Edit: All plans (Free+Paid) got ads now [Reality TV Shows & usual Live sports and TV Channels]
if u open twitter there are several complaints for the same in past 2 days only .

Anybody wants 1yr Sony LIV premium subscription?
Not getting any ads, was using only on tv’s, tested playing few episodes on phone.
Completely plan plan, though in plan details it’s not showing ‘adfree’ as per the screenshot shared above.
Any specific video I need to check? Sony liv was already a crap app and now another bad move if true.
We are getting ads in Shark Tank in the middle of episode.

Can't see any ads. 1 year subscription from Axis MZ CC. 2-3 different ad blockers in play though...
personly tried, use this dns to avoid ads on sony liv "94.140.14.14"-"94.140.15.15" simply use this dns in your router and restart the router.

Their tnc already stated that there will be ads on live sports and reality shows.
It may not be implemented before but terms already said that

I need advice because I am about to purchase a LIV Premium 699 6-month subscription. My primary goal was to watch Tarak Mehta ka Oolta Chasma. Will advertising be deleted if I purchase this package, or will I still have to watch ads in order to watch episodes?
Sane experienced today while watching shark tank, they are showing ads that too two like youtube, what's the point in buying premium
