Adani One/Clear Trip - No resolution

We booked a hotel through Adani One, which was a nightmare and experienced a very unexpected breach of privacy event. Now, when this was reported to AdaniOne, they further increased our woes by emailing Cleartrip to resolve the issue that goes back and forth between them with no resolution.

Every time they will promise a 48-hour SLA which would never be completed. In case you want to risk your trip and security/privacy then only book through them else there are better options available in the market. Better to pay some extra pennies for your safety and ease of convenience.
