Acko car accident claim

Hello My bumper and right door got damaged on right corner.. 

now acko was suggesting their tie up garage to me and do partial color of bumper.. i said i want to do in company authorised service center of VW. VW service center does not do partial paint so acko saying they will give only 50% payment.. for right door they ready to 100%.. 

Is there anything i can do in this case ?

i have 0 dept insurance policy..
