If train routes are in northern states then 2nd AC and If in Southern states bus or train any class would be fine.

Depends On Cost Of Travel Charges + Reaching Station/Busstand.

Train. 2AC (because that's all i can afford at present). Can't imagine bus travel, especially with Indian roads, and infinitely more risky too i would say. Flight is always more practical as long as one can easily afford it, I can't.
