Absolutely disappointing company!

I thought they would be good seeing that they are online. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. Both quality of product and service is unacceptable. First, I ordered two eye glasses. One for me and one for my mother. My mother’s lenses were so blurry she had to return it. My one was also kind of hazy but I decided to keep it. We checked our power with optometrist so it wasn’t power issue. Simply the quality of their lens is bad. Two months later, out of no where, the coating of my lens came off and when I talked to Lenskart, they said it was a scratch which is not covered by their warranty. This was supposed to be their top of the line “British Optics” lens. Now, I’m stuck with a white spot on my lens. Further, I bought a pair of sunglasses which had size “L” according to them but it grips my head so hard that I can’t wear it for a long period. Never again will I be ordering from this mediocre company. Not even sure how they are in business. Do yourself a favor and go to a good local optometrist shop in your area.
