Abolished Article 497...? Then abolish the word husband (swami) in law...

Marriage nowadays is just about the child's birth certificate and the marriage certificate just ensures nomination claims and property issues be settled in favor of the wife... else no law exists for the man for his rights and girls these days are free to fuck around as they wish and use your home as a hotel and child as a play-toy for sometime of the day... while they chase their exorbitant prince of dreams and make love, spend time etc, while going too much social media-philic and nymphomaniac...

* And you never know, you could be exposed to STD unknowingly, just having physical relation / just casually staying with your partner (wife) * Who takes responsibility for that? Would the supreme court take responsibility? The govt? who? For the the unknown disease you might contract just living with your so called partner (wife)? Who shall compensate for your loss of early life?

In law there's a word called husband (swami), it should be banned after dissolution of article 497, instead a husband should be called the "living partner" or even "full-time partner" (not live-in, that they do for few hours and come back)...lol

Yes, marriage as an institution is fully broken and tricky now, better not to do it, a live-in might be better with written agreement on what each shall pay/perform...

What do you think? There is no concept of swami, but proceedings in court still mention husband (swami), and that means "owner"...!!!
