I ask a simple question, why doesn’t govt restrict these festivals?
Well, please correct me, if these photos are oldies and published in the article without any validation.
Rath Yatra happened in Puri on 23rd June. They had to convince Supreme Court to make it happen. Only priests attended the celebration along with Gajapati Maharaj, the police, Officials.
So, being in a secular country, we can always ask questions and we should. But the same should be applied to every person in the country.
They could have simply asked them stay at home.
