Can you live without using any electronic gadgets, without tapping your phone, without having access to the Internet for at least 24 hours?

You worry so much about a day? Consider how North Koreans go their entire lives without it. Thanks to supreme leader Humpty Dumpty 
even without Vipassana and even without travelling in the Himalaay or Artic/Antarctica, Amazon forests.. have lived completely off the grid for 7 days.
Avoided cooked food roo.. for 4 days and to compensate for electricity.. used other means to cook or light up after dark.
But mostly in those few days I would (I and others at the campsite) slept early.
It definitely is not as difficult as it may seem.. to live off the grid.
(One of the fellows was used to living in 'log cabins' in the U.S. and thus being off the grid. So he too brought in his survival tips and other life hacks.
Personally, the more tension part for me.. was to find a proper dumping site if taking a dump out in the open.
Usually one should try not to defecate near water bodies or from where the excrements will easily mix with the water used by animals or others. )
Possible if I am outside my comfort zone. When we go out with friends, we dont use the phone.

I have lived for 3 months without phone, in 2022 when my iphone got damaged, i didn't bought any phone until in feb 2023 when i planned for vietnam, i bought a new phone...
And this time I'm living without laptop for almost a year, just using my phone...
Only when I am getting Paid to do that.
Ready to leave everything and goto Antartica to feed some Penguins and watch Sea Lions fight.
Occasionally welcoming Giant Whales near the shore for little chit chat.
Then go fishing with Polar Bears.
Only when I am paid to do that or ends are met already.
Will do it on weekend.
Is TV allowed?

when did OP and all of you who commented forget that heavy rainfall and floods?? that time the phone tower wont work AND BATTERY DEAD and literally WE ARE NOT IN TOUCH WITH ANY GADGETS BECAUSE of NO POWER xD

In the recent Wayanad land side a grand mother had only 3 kind elephants to communicate for almost a day.
But If that human/animal touch is lost Man is dead
