Last month, I loaded up my payzapp Wallet to 1.90 Lakhs through various credit cards in order achieve milestone rewards. Through merchant qr, I successfully transferred 1 lakh from wallet without any charges but this month all my wallet upi payments are getting failed. In fact, wallet to bank account transfer is also getting failed. I'm completely stuck and don't know what should i do now.
My payzapp wallet is not blocked as i checked it by doing electricity payments. Bill payments through wallet is working perfectly fine. Any suggestions or help? Monthly wallet restrictions automatically refresh on 1st day of every month so then why this is happening?

I made the worst decision by adding such huge amount in payzapp wallet! Aaj bhi try Kiya account mey transfer karney Kay liyay lakin transaction got failed again, payzapp wallet upi to merchant is also getting failed. 😭😭 i just want my money back, 90k is not a small amount

Hi Rohit, Don't worry HDFC Payzapp has a Monthly user limit of 100k ( Bank Transfer or UPI in Wallet) although you can add up to 200K (after Account verification). You can use the rest of the 90K in August if the 100K was used in July. And through Payzapp you can transfer max 50K to 1 account. So don't rely on Payzapp and don't load that much amount once. After 100K you will not be able to use any amount even to pay any bill or buy anything.

I was getting same error after using 1L last month. Didn't try it this month. Maybe this limit is per 30days. Try after 30days after you made the 1L transaction.
There is no customer care number but you can visit hdfc branch to fix this issue.

Wait for some time, it's payzapp server issue. My issue got resolved after raising my query with payzapp team by visiting my nearest hdfc branch. If you are still facing issue then visit your nearest hdfc branch.

I need some advice. About 17 days ago, I transfered INR 4,998 from my PayZapp account to a GPay merchant the transaction is sucsses. If you are comfortable then could you please share the screenshots by hiding sensitive info? Have you activated the all upi ids in gpay? Because I faced the similar problem in March when i couldn't able to receive cashback from Google pay then upon contacting to Google team, I found that two of my upi ids were inactive and the moment i activated those upi ids, I got all the cashbacks which were pending for a long time. Google servers send the cashback/settle the merchant transactions through different upi ids.

Yup. Virtual card is working fine but since it is a prepaid card therefore, services charges are pretty high on wallet reloads.
