When I am outside my home jio 5g is always there but when inside my room it keeps fluctuating ... Any way to deal with this problem

Dude this is 5G trial not permanent thing. why do you worry about 5G
Get used to 4G as they are in testing phase and will announce free 5G removal any day in coming 6 months.
PS-> Go to jio app and see it is 5G trial offer not permannent 5G. They are testing load and giving taste to users to pay per GB 5G Data once 5G free gets removed.
