F series devices are camera focused while M series devices are battery and performance focused. Overall, M series is slightly superior to F series.
The F series is available both online and offline, while the M series can only be found online.
A comparison website can be used to compare devices.
As a hardware technician, will never advice to go for Samsung budget phones. I have seen Samsung use very poor quality PCB thin & fragile do cost cutting in providing quality components on motherboard.
