Hi, i have more than 5k stuck in umc, i tried connecting to them over all possible platforms but got no reply, complaint over.
Complained over national consumer helpline but they too disposed it off after 6 months, saying that company is not responding and i should file i case.

What should i do to get my money back ?

UseMyCards experienced a bug in their wallet code, causing loaded amounts to multiply 2 to 3 times the original amount. Users who discovered the bug exploited it, making substantial transactions, resulting in a loss of around ₹70 lakhs for UMC. Upon realizing the issue, UMC halted withdrawals and filed an FIR with the Bangalore police. Due to this incident, UMC's trustworthiness is questionable. Furthermore, the founders of UseMyCards (Buthatke) and Bitbns are the same (Gaurav Dhake), suggesting caution when dealing with either company.
