Currently using Pharmeasy for medicines to get 33% valueback on my card and 1mg no longer has good offers
I don't use bigbasket because Flipkart groceries are cheaper so even that's out of question.

I went through all the responses of @jain01010199 and the summary is that all things are expensive on Tata Neu brands (Croma, BB, Tata Cliq, Air India etc).
So the only option is to forget these coins.
I mean, come on, man!
They are always expensive. That is how they are running a rewards program. By charging more upfront, they are able to keep a piece of that price in the loyalty program for the repeating customer.
Amount is also ₹4700 worth goods which can be finished even after ignoring 10% extra price. But you are ignoring the remaining 90% saved.
Hope you update us what did you finally feel worth redeeming the points for.
