24"inch Television Suggestion

buy any samsung/lg ips fhd 24 inch monitor, attach a fire tv stick & box and use as tv 

LG is a good choice. been using it for 10+ yrs and working smooth

Samsung TV is reliable. But yes there is sound minor issues, which can be neglible as per your use.

However, if I were you, I would have gone for a 24inch PC LED monitor with speaker along with Mi/Fire TV stick/box (from used market to match up the budget).

This combo will give you TV with better picture quality and if you decide to sell, monitor alone will give you better price then the TV.

Note : None of the established brands manufacture 24inch LED TV's.

I think you should get an 32" which majority of manufacture are making & comes around in a similar budget
