I was charged ₹1700 for lounge access in Hyderabad airport using my Axis Ace and Axis Flipkart Credit Cards. Is this normal? I thought this cards had complimentary lounge access.
Has anyone else faced this?

If spent and yet charged, try tweeting to axis / call cs
The front desk people generally say if the entry is going to be chargeable or complimentary when they swipe the card as they know, majority of people are complimentary "loungers". Did they not tell you that? You too didn't bother to ask?
Airport lounge employees should tell whether it is chargeable or free.
You can access any lounge after paying a charge. The employee has to let you know that.
Also, it should have charged at the time when you swiped, right? or at a later point? Ideally it should have been charged the same time and sms/email notification must be received then & there, no?
I faced this kind of nightmare when I used priority pass in a hurry at mumbai airport, when I asked that guy he said no charges and I am not aware there will be charge if used in India. Later after 1 month they charged me similar 1700 around. CC also did't helped me to revert back charges.

msg - why I get charged after 1 month, why I was not charged on the airport, I had multiple different card with lounge access if I had known I would have used different card.
They will resolve and return money or escalate to nodal
