108 ambulance wrongly diagnostic after visit

I just encountered the wrong diagnosed by 108 ambulance person, our office colleague got chest pan and not able to stand up, so called 108 for it, but 108 guy diagnosed that he is having gastric problem and they left, to make sure we visited the doctor and the doctor immediately admitted him and had to put stent because he is having heart attack and totally blockage in heart, doctor said he was just saved. If we had trusted diagnostics provided by 108 people he might not be with us.
Does anyone else have this type of experience?, should we always be double check information provided by them?

Yeah, sometimes mistakes happen .108 guys are also not machine..there's 0.1% chance of mistakes by doctors also, leave aside 108 person...but m thankful to God, that a life was saved due to your thinking

May be 108 was right and this doctor may be fooling or mistaking
I was searching specifically for this comment, I know someone would say it anyway 
anything related to medical double check even triple check. but in emergency condition it's difficult/impossible. only experienced doctor can identify

then open a 'multi-speciality"/ polyclinic after becoming 'real doctors'?
I completely agree with you, the 'real' doctors are HUNDRED PERCENT trusted, reliable.
I mean, when they are 'on round' and come to my bed for 299 seconds to ask me 'how are you feeling today' and then bill me ₹600 for 'doctor's visit' in a room that rents for ₹1200 per day.. then obviously they are 100% reliable. They ARE the real doctors.
Real doctors, real hospitals ALWAYS charge the printed price on the dtents, even if the suppliers give it at 75% less than the printed price.
How did 108 guy told it is not heart attack? Did he use ECG and was there a doctor or just technician or nurse?
108 persons not supposed to diagnose.Their purpose is to transfer patients to nearby GH.Which place you are from?
Doctor bhi chage kar lo.. ye bhi scam hai.. gas issue ko heart issue bata denge.. check report if any issues
Always take double opinion.
Thumb rule : Any type of chest pain, go and see a Cardiologist.
