Yeah, multiple reports of people stealing GPU's in this model and returning the packages with soaps bars and stones filled in it.
Shall ensure there is video proof, before unboxing.
However, Amazon not honoring despite video proof is scary though.
Not just this model, a lot of these barebone/tower PCs (Other popular options include ASUS Rog Strix series) are affected due to these refund/replacement scams + negligence from warehouse teams. There are users who silently loot parts and there are others who play crying wolf citing the scam reports (Remove CPU/GPU themselves and raise a return request for missing parts). Amazon could've fixed this long back with OTP + Unbox deliveries on the spot (Like they do with large appliances like TVs, Refrigerators) but they're least concerned

Missing GPU & CPU case had happened with some units especially renewed one during last Diwali sale and same units were forwarded to many customers without checking.
There is a gang who orders such costly PCs and removes the GPU & CPU and other valuable components and then returns it back to Amazon.
Amazon doesn't check the returned parcels and forwards to another customer and this loop continues.
I ordered Asus ROG Gaming PC in 38K last month and I received an empty old cabinet instead of PC.
I immediately complained but CC said they will do some internal investigation and I have to wait 3 days.
Thankfully it got returned and I received full refund. I saw next day that same returned PC was listed again at same price.
Friend received unit without GPU. (54k deal reorder yesterday night)
Amazon said three day investigation.

Oh! That's why nowadays I stay away from even the most tempting deals if there's even a little doubt. Letting go of potentially thousands in discount seems to be easier than a few hundred rupees loss and the attendant loss of time and effort. Hope your friend gets a satisfactory resolution. Amazon has been reduced to a bog-standard bureaucracy.
Has anyone actually received the complete intact system at 54k deal price? Mine is scheduled to deliver on the 3rd, still have an option to cancel

Cancelled after reading that latest review. Ridiculous to see Amazon denying refund when cpu and gpu are missing.
I was taking a huge bet, I'm glad the experience was smooth.
I was recording with multiple cameras with the delivery boy infront of me.
Ensured all the outer seals were intact before providing the OTP to delivery boy. Was prepared to deny the package if anything looked odd.
Ensured the delivery agent was present while I opened the inner packaging and inspected if GPU was present in it.
