Yes, kiwi customer care is dumb.
Still waiting for Myntra 20% CB and they say 30 days wait time, don't trust their offers.
Fought them for 2+ weeks for a referral case, so done with their offers.
Another great fintech and great rewards if you use them but sucks with their offers.

Same experience here. Not received Myntra 20% cashback, asked to wait for 30 days and also one referral earning is pending but seeing your message doesn't give me any hope.
