tried loading wallet but didn't received for it

Placed an order, amount was 70rs.
Paid via cred, no coupon to apply so paid direct.
During pay nothing was mentioned so was skeptical already.
Yet paid, order got delivered now, no scratch card or cashback or such.
So not working (Unless if I'm missing something, if anyone can update)
