Vu, order at 12:50 am and now is 1:15am still showing arriving in 2 mins even though order is not packed till now

They cancel my order

After reaching out cs they told me there is new policy if zepto is unavailable to deliver order with 30 min or take more time order will get cancel automatically Even tough it is on the  way, I was thinking in mind are they making phool to me?,

So store was unserviceable

After some mins store was live but half of stock were oos managed to order and order was on the way within 10 mins and then they cancel it again wtf is happening with me

So after reaching out cs again she told me that there is not any policy like this, she really helped me with this, i request her to call delivery person why he is doing this so after some mins she inform me this order were cancelled by store not delivery person, so after having  short discussion she raised a complaint and ensure it will never happened (i thought she just typing toolkit to me), but no guys she told me to place fresh order (same guys half of stock were oos) she was on the chat till my order my was delivered, so guys if this happens with you just keep trying. And yay don't worry I am not gona edit this again .

Have only one available. Looks like I'm late to the Pooja. 😌
