For some reasons, Zepto operates as not one but THREE different companies, with different registered addresses, catering to 3 different parts of India.
So Zepto offers are not uniform for all locations.
One of my sample order from old account which i regularly order. 
You can wait for sometime, it will enable automatically. If delivery orders are huge they disable 125/- offer. Try after sometime.
