I also faced same problem last time and asked customer support about it, they told me that you didnt place any order for more than 1 month so your wallet is locked right now, as per new policy, to unlock it and use zepto cash first you place simple order, just after placing the order your wallet will be unlocked and you will be able to use zepto cash for your second order. I did same and used my ₹100 zepto cash last month.

Zepto is scammer with these. They don't allow to use this at all. Last time it said "available for next order" so I placed an order without the cash (it anyways didn't allow me to use) and then for the order after that, it expired my Rs. 100 cash immediately. scammers.

It's every month process. You should have to place just one order per month. I get every month 40/50/75/100 on all accounts.
