Previously used another brand mixed shilajit not even pure, but that itself improved my activeness. But this zandu brand one, started recently from a few months ago and made me hyper active like Ranveer Singh. In my case, brand is not important... Shilajit itself makes u super active irrespective of brand but pureness has more impact i guess.
