TERMS & CONDITIONS:
2.1 The YES PAY Next Cash rewards Campaign for Ganesh Chaturthi on RuPay Credit Card usage, introduced by YES Bank shall run for a limited period of 7th Sept to 17th Sept 2024
2.2 The Offer is valid only for YES PAY Next App user(s), who are user(s) of the app services provided by YES BANK
2.3 During the tenure of YES PAY Next Cash rewards Campaign on RuPay Credit Card usage, all YES PAY Next App users will be eligible for the offer upon using YES PAY Next App as per the specifications mentioned in below point 2.4
2.4 Campaign eligibility criteria:
The below criteria will be used to determine the eligibility –
- Customers who cumulatively spend INR 2000/- and above using any RuPay Credit Card on YES PAY Next, during the campaign period shall be eligible for a cashback reward of INR 100.
- Note – Linking of RuPay Credit Card during campaign period is not necessary. At least 1 successful transaction of the specified amount on the linked card within the specified campaign period is mandatory.
- Customers must transact the amount specified through one linked RuPay Credit Card to be eligible for a cashback
- Only successfully completed transactions will be considered for cashbacks
- First 15,000 customers fulfilling the above specified campaign criteria will be eligible
- Each customer with a unique mobile number will be eligible & shall receive cashback benefit only once during the campaign period
- Eligible customers would be provided the cash prize reward of INR 100/- to their credit card/linked Bank Account within 7 working days post completion of campaign period
- Bank will reserve the rights for announcing & finalizing the final set of winners

My cumulatively spends reached 2k on 8th itself. but no cashback received.
I think, offer activated on 11th Sept only.
Got offer notification from other sources (but TnC not available) on 7th Sep itself.
But no details insider App about the offer.
From 11th Sept only, offer started visible in the yes next app along with full offer details..
Then only I did single trxn of 2k and received cashback.
So, probably your trxns before 11th Sept might not considered.
Not getting Yes Pay Next as intent on any app.

@Mayavi Performed CC bill payment via Snapay app and entered the upi of yes pay and payment got completed. Waiting for cashback and cc Settlement. I got a pop up saying 1.05% will be charged if paid via UPI CC. Will update once CC payment got settled and cash back is received.

My cashback is showing failed, any way to get the same? Where does cashback credited? Bank account or credit card only? I suspect that I have linked only credit card might be reason of failure.
