• All the benefits under this subscription are available only on domestic flights.

• Benefits can be availed only for a maximum up to 2 bookings per calendar month and a total of 6 bookings during the membership period (6 Months).
• Yatra is not responsible for any changes made directly by the airlines on your bookings. In such a scenario, a member is not eligible for any refund if not given by Airlines generated from the modification of his/her journey.
• Yatra Prime Subscription is valid only on Yatra website and app only.
• To avail the benefits, members should log-in to the Yatra app/ website with the registered email id which was used to purchase the membership.
• Subscription once purchased cannot be revoked, transferred or refunded under any circumstances.
• Benefits claimed under this membership are completely subject to airline policies and can be updated at any time without prior notice.
• Airline rules and regulations are subject to change without prior notice. We also request you to please keep a check with the relevant airline as well.
• Benefits are non-encash-able and non-negotiable.
• All tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard airline terms and conditions. Cancellation charges/date change penalties will be applicable as per the airline rules for all tickets purchased through this promotion and Yatra will charge convenience/ service fee as per yatra cancellation policy.
• All purchases made under the subscription shall be subject to applicable cancellation/date change rules. In the case of a cancellation, Yatra shall reverse the discount and shall not provide an additional discount to the customer.
• All disputes pertaining to Yatra Prime Subscription, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating thereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Gurgaon (Haryana)only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
• All government levies like sales tax, TDS, any local tax, Octroi etc. shall be payable by the customer as applicable at the time the respective discounts are offered.
• Yatra Prime benefits are not applicable on any third-party affiliate marketing channels.
• All special fares are subject to airline rules and regulations and can be changed anytime without prior notice.
• Yatra Gift cards are not acceptable as a payment option to buy Yatra Prime membership and subsequent bookings for Yatra Prime member.

No Convenience Fee

• No convenience fee will be applicable on one-way and round trip routes of domestic flights.
• This benefit is applicable exclusively for Yatra Prime members.
• This benefit is applicable for maximum up to 2 booking per calendar month and total 6 bookings during the membership period.

Bank Promo Offers

• All Bank promo discounts will be applicable for Yatra Prime Subscribers.
• In case of Cancellation, Yatra shall reverse the discount and process balance refund to the customer.
• Bank offers will be applicable on specific bank bins only.
• The general terms and conditions of all the Banks will be applicable for Yatra Prime members.
