If he is demanding something other then address then it can be fraud as I didn’t got call can,t say.

Got a sms today from bigcity saying that we tried reaching you but you were not reachable please call on this number or send a email.
But i have not got any missed calls. i called the given number, he said that i will receive a call by evening which hasn’t happened yet, the T&C says that bigcity will try to call 3 times and after that price will be void. i also sent a email which has received no reply.
looks like they have started using some tactics to avoid giving the price.
