Tatacliq is not going to ship the product. I have contacted the tatacliq team for the same. They Refunded my money as its coupon / price glitch

Got this message from croma. When I logged in to my croma account, the phone order was there and it says “PRODUCT ORDER CANCELLED”

Guess Tatacliq transferred the phone order to croma to deliver here in Mumbai.

I can’t cancel the order at tatacliq. I didn’t contact the customer care.

Check your Croma accounts if the order is there. Maybe some might be lucky to get it.

So now comes the long process of waiting for refund…I guess.

Worst customer service. Calling for cancellation but they are telling systems down everytime.

Cancel as soon as possible now peoples are getting refunds immediately.

Order Transfers to Mumbai Croma and they already cancelled the order but not on TATACLIQ website.

I Didn’t Given any Cancellation Request But In msg & email they given Reason that Cancellation Request Got from your side

All 830 orders cancelled, reason technical glitch, 2000 tatacliq cash will be issued as goodwill gesture, this is the reply I got over phone, mail same as above..

This is not a small mistake my friend, also it is occuring frequently on their site, knowing that everyone risked 19K, hope they give 2000 to all 830 orders..

Got call from Tatacliq saying no stock order canceled. Money will be given back in 4 to 10 working days. No compensation information.

My Order Got canceled so I called customer care and threatened them that you should deliver my order otherwise I will go to consumer court and the lady on phone transferred the call to senior management and after some warm discussion they told me that my order was canceled due to technical glitch so they will arrange my order from nearest Croma store by paying same amount (they already initiated the refund from tatacliq so I have to pay again ) and they also offered me 5000 Rs compensation cliq credit and got added in my account within one hour

I have checked and promotional credit is 100% usable like amazon pay balance and I also placed one order from it

3 days for me no refund yet. They tatacliq told me up to 10 working days.

Edit.. Got the refund in the night 6 pm.

In app it showing refund sucssesful in been 26 hrs update but I havnt received in the bank account yet kindly help me
