1. What is the offer in this promo?

All Eligible Subscribers shall be entitled to an offer that consists of return flights (Base Fare Only) from select cities of India. Customers are to register the voucher within 30 days of purchase of the products to be eligible to claim their free flight ticket.

2. Can I choose the airline of my choice/ I want to book a specific airline for the offer.

The Eligible Subscriber shall not have a choice in the airline, which shall be decided by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd depending on the airport of departure and destination.

3. Can I book a connecting flight to my destination?

The offer is applicable on a direct flight from select cities only. The offer is not applicable on any connecting flights. The choice of Airlines and timing lies with Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd.

4. I have mailed my documents but have not received my booking confirmation.

Only duly completed printout of Booking Request Form along with original Flight Voucher shall be entertained. No booking on fax, phone or email will be accepted. All bookings are subject to availability. Minimum 2 dates and 2 destinations to be selected by the customer. There should be a difference of a minimum fifteen (15) days between each travel date(s). All required documents related to flight booking should be sent within 15 days to Premier Sales Promotions Private Limited, 4th Floor, Mitra Towers, 10/4 Kasturba Road, Bangalore 560001.

5. What is the process of booking post receiving the booking form?

On receiving the Customer's duly filled printout of Booking Request Form along-with original Flight Voucher & photocopy of Product Invoice and Copy of Aadhar Card & Address Proof (DL / Passport Copy), the Customer shall be informed by email for the availability of the flight tickets and asked to pay the Utility Charges, which should be payable within seven (7) days from the date of sending the confirmation by PREMIER SALES for available date & destination. This Utility Charges should be paid through a Demand Draft/ At Par Cheque in favor of Premier Sales Promotions Private Limited, payable at Bangalore.

6. Why am I asked to pay extra charges?

The Eligible Subscriber is deemed to have understood that these taxes/charges may be subject to change beyond Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd control and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd shall not be liable or in any manner responsible for thesame.

7. I am unable to register from my number again/how can I register from my number again?

This offer is valid for individual use and one voucher can be used at one time only. Two or more Booking Request Forms/Flight Vouchers cannot be used/ clubbed together in any method (neither by a group traveling together for the same destination nor by an individual family with two or more vouchers).

8. I am unable to book my flight on specific dates, what is the reason for the same?

There will be a few blackout days. 22nd March (Ugadi), 7th to 9th April (Good Friday Weekend), 22nd April (Ramzan), 1st May (May Day), 5th May (Buddha Purnima), 29th to 1st July (Bakrid Weekend), 13th to 15th Aug (Independence Day Weekend), 30th Aug (Raksha Bandhan), 6th – 7th Sep (Janmashtami), 17th -19th Sep (Ganesh Chaturthi Holiday), during which no bookings shall be made but the registration of Voucher can be done during this period. No bookings of Air tickets will be allowed for these blackout days.

9. What is the validity of bills to be accepted?

Only valid bills dated between 01/04/2023 to 15/05/2023 (45 days) will be eligible

10. What are the Important dates in the promo?

The last date to Register the voucher is 15/07/2023. The last date to book the flight tickets is 15/08/2023. The last date to travel is 30/09/2023.
