S23 is selling at 40k now. In bbd, it'll come down to 35k easily! S21 fe is a still a good phone but its software update is about to end this year. Android 15 would be the last update for this. Banking apps, nowadays, require minimum targeting APIs in order to run securely.
I guess, it will be the best phone for non techy normal users like old fellows. Older people would love this.

Best Samsung phone under 25k
Only con, battery life not so great and gets warm on usage. Thermals not the best.
For everything else, including camera, software experience, this is a great buy!

The latest android version may not matter these days but getting security updates every few months is essential if you are going to use various banking, trading, finance apps on it.
