So overpriced. MiUi, no proper android updates.

Nothing phone, pixel 6a makes much more sense at this price.

Pro model should've had SD processor. The rest is fine. It's very difficult to get a well-rounded phone in the mid-range market now.

Also, the companies deliberately shifted the mid-range category from  ₹12-15K to above ₹20k now while omitting some features. You only get the base model for ₹15K now, instead of the 'Pro' model.

Redmi become expensive once upon a time they were competitive

A bit too costly for a cheap brand.

This is abysmal pricing. I'd not recommend any of these even if they were 5k cheaper. When the pro plus variant (8+256) with card offer goes below 20k, they become viable. That is 8k less than current card offer price. iQOO and Motorola will take the entire Realme Xiaomi midrange market in 3-4 years. Then both Realme and Xiaomi will compete in the flagship killers segment at 40k-50k price and people will wait for BBD to buy iPhone at 50k rather than these flagship killers. Game over for Realme Xiaomi. 

Also consumers have completely moved on from this megapixel game. Right now 100MP, 200MP gives me the sense of bad camera and when i see Sony IMX with OIS, i get way more reassurance. 200+8+2 sounds horrible, any minimally aware person will much prefer 50+50 of Nothing phone 100 times more than useless 8s and 2s.

Not a bad pricing IMO (6GB variant @ 21999). Redmi Note series is no longer budget friendly, people got to accept this and move on. We might even see 30K+ sub-brand Note series phones from the brand because these sell much more than Xiaomi flagships and midrange devices

If we look at the device specifications, they're almost identical to Nothing Phone 1, Nord 2/T or Moto Edge 30 (Prime common component being the 50MP Sony IMX766 OIS sensor). Yes, the Dimensity 1080 chip is a downgrade compared to SD 778G+ / 870/ Dimensity 1200/1300 but it is more than enough for majority of the medium-high end use cases [ Mediatek chips are much better these days -performance & heating/throttling wise] and then there's a price difference of 10-20% compared to the competition (except may be for Edge 30)

Flop sale. Phones are still available.

Sorry Xiaomi, I have never bought any other smartphone brand in my lifetime, only Redmi Note series. But this time I will give it a miss, I need a mobile phone in the next 1 year, I am waiting for Nothing Phone 2 now.

Remembering past when I used to buy Redmi note pro and sell it for 1.5k more on OLX..

Note pro used to b out of stock in minute but now 4 hours past still it's available

I have also not used any other phone than Mi Series. Be it Redmi Note 4, Redmi Note 5 Pro, Redmi 9 Pro. But at that time that was value for money around 12-13k. I was also considering to buy Redmi Note 12 Pro in exchange But I have skipped. Now considering to Buy between one of them.

Nothing Phone 1, Iqoo Neo 7, Iqoo 9 SE, Google Pixal 6a looks more value for money with Premium Feel.
