Real GT ME got delivered today. I bought the 128/6GB variant for 17.5k in Grey. My previous phone was a year and half old Samsung M30s. here are my observations after using GT ME for 4 hours.
1. Excellent display. Looks like Realme did not cheap out on display and it shows. My Samsung phone also has a Super Amoled screen but the screen on Realme is better with excellent color re production. Brightness levels are good.
2. Performance : I don’t play games on my phone hence can’t comment on the gaming aspect. But for day to day usage performance is excellent. phone is very snappy with no lags or jitters. Compared to my previous Samsung, this one is much faster.
3. Battery life and charging. I did not really get the test battery life much but for whatever little time I got to use the phone, Battery life appeared to be quite good. Charging speed is crazy. Phone got charged from 20 to 100 % in 25 mins.
4. Software optimization. This is my first realme device. I have used multiple Samsung and Mi devices in the past. I can stick my neck out and say that Realme has probably the best Android optimization for budget devices. There are a few bloatware’s on the phone though . It took me a good 30 mins to clear them out starting from disabling notifications on Themes and browser.
5. Looks : Looks pretty good. vegan leather back is feels good to hold. Back cover in the box is also good quality.
Now coming to the cons.
Camera: I feel Realme could have done a better job here. Back camera is strictly average. If you are a Camera person, you need to get a better camera phone such as One Plus Nord 2 or Samsung S20 FE. Selfie camera is all right, nothing to rave about.
To conclude, this phone is overpriced if you were to buy it at full price (27k), One plus Nord 2 is a better option in case. But if you are buying this for BBD price, this phone is a steal. You are a getting a very snappy phone with excellent display, good charger and unique looks.
my phone back panel has white dots will they consider the same or not. Its a kind of discoloration
Today exchanged poco c3 (paid 1300 extra for minor dent) for other phone too delivery guy asked to pay 1300 extra which I rejected since that phone is in excellent condition (rn8 pro) and the exchange value was only 500 more than poco c3
Got refund for 2nd phone after deducting 100 Rs charge (so 2nd phone refund successful with no issue of any discount adjustment)
who cancelled that? between i dont think there will be any problem even if we cancel it because order values are divided anyway
I have ordered gt by placing exchange order of mi a2 but there is one issue that my a2 back panel has white dots. Will flipkart executive accept the same in exchange or not? And is there any trick to hide those spots?
Flipkart exchange is worst,they rejected my both phone.
I have raised complaint on national consumer app.
Will update the status soon.

Ordered 2 gt master edition. 1 delivered today and another one was also expected to deliver today. But they have extended its delivery date to 14 oct despite it reached my nearest hub at 6 am in morning.

Phone is good and is there any app to improve camera performance?
And also Flash messages are annoying. Can any one tell me how to disable flash messages.
Installed BSG Gcam mod version 8.1 Now the details are so sharp in Gcam. But the colour is not as punchy as stock cam app. But you can compensate that with editing.

My 3 years old Mi A2 give better battery backup than this GT 😂. Even My friends OnePlus Nord CE gives better backup than GT.

lol, You are right.. battery backup is pathetic. I did not need any new phone, as my U20 was working fine. Just because of that deal i decided to go for new phone. Look wise also X7 max is not so great and battery backup is poor. My U20 used to last full day without any worry. if GT master also has battery issue, then realme should work on its UI and optimize it.

Also this mobile is better in performance than realme gt me but only have 2 bands of 5g. But in reality we don’t know when 5g is going to launch ans its eligible bands.
