Pay for your order on Amazon using RuPay debit card/credit card/ prepaid card and get 10% cashback up to INR 100. Cashback applicable only once during the offer period on RuPay debit card/credit card/prepaid card order. No minimum order value.

1. This limited time promotional offer (“Offer”) is made available to you on www.ama...in or the mobile application / mobile site thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited and is provided to you by National Payments Corporation of India (“NPCI”) and Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“Amazon”).
2. These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice, to which you agree to by using Amazon.in. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.
3. This Offer is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current RuPay debit card or credit card (“Card”) issued in India (“Cardholder”).
4. This Offer is valid from September 22nd to September 24th 2019 (both dates included) (“Offer Period”), unless extended or revoked without notice and without liability by the NPCI/Amazon.

6. www.amazon.in or the mobile site or mobile application thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”) using his/her RuPay cards issued by the NPCI (such person hereinafter referred to a “Cardholder”), APay cashback on products (Women apparels, Women Shoes, Women Jewelry, Beauty, Women Watches and Luggage) purchased through mobile site or mobile application, subject to a minimum purchase of Rs. 1,500 per transaction;

8. The Cashback will be provided to the Cardholder for a maximum of 1 (one) Transaction completed during the Offer Period. 
9. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Offer Terms, this Offer is not applicable on the purchase of the following products: Gift Card(s) (Amazon branded and Non Amazon branded), Prepaid phone recharges, DTH recharges, Kindle e-books and Kindle Unlimited Subscription Program, Amazon Pay balance, Smartphones/Mobile Devices (see product page for offer eligibility), Gold and silver coins.
10. Cashback under this Offer will not be valid on equated monthly instalment (EMI) transactions.
11. Under this Offer, the cashback will be provided to the Cardholders as Amazon Pay balance associated with the Amazon.in account used by the Cardholder for the transaction. The use and redemption of the use of Amazon Pay balance is subject to applicable terms and conditions.
12. The cashback under this Offer will be provided to the Cardholder within 10 (ten) days of completion of the respective transaction.
13. In case the Cardholder either returns or refunds the product or cancels the transaction or a transaction is cancelled for any reason whatsoever, such transaction will not qualify for the Offer. If the order is cancelled / returned in part, the Cardholder will qualify for the Offer only for the part of the transaction that is not cancelled / returned (subject to such items not being Ineligible Products).
14. By participating in this Offer, every Cardholder expressly agree that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with your use of products purchased under the Offer.
15. NPCI/ Amazon reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add / alter / modify / change or vary all or any of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
16. If Cardholder violates any of these Offer Terms, the Offer will be invalid and participation of such violating Cardholder will be deemed withdrawn with immediate effect.
17. Amazon reserves the right to disqualify a customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under this Offer.
18. These Offer Terms and Conditions are governed by the Laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
19. Any Cardholder is not bound in any manner to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary. This Offer is being made purely on a "best effort basis”
20. NPCI/Amazon may extend or withdraw the Offer, or modify or change any of the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and without any liability.
21. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by NPCI or Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.
22. The above Offer is by way of a special offer and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of card member agreement between a Cardholder and the issuing bank.
23. Any queries in relation to this Offer or the cashback under this Offer will be entertained only up to Oct 24th, 2019, and can be directed at Amazon Customer Support. Post such date no communication will be entertained regarding this Offer or cashback.
24. Any person availing this Offer would be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
25. The offer is provided to RuPay cardholder/s by the merchant. NPCI is only communicating this offer on behalf of the merchant. The offer is subject to the Terms and Conditions as prescribed by the merchant .
26. Offer shall be made available only if the RuPay cardholder makes full payment by using a valid & eligible RuPay card.
27. Offer shall not be made available in case of any void transaction.
28. NPCI shall not be held liable and be made responsible in any manner for :
29. Non-availability of the offers provided by merchant.
30. Non-acceptance of RuPay cards at merchant outlet.
31. Any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured gifts, freebies / prizes.
32. NPCI does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness of the offer provided by merchant.
33. Any disputes related to the offer(s) shall be taken up directly with the merchant and with no direct and indirect reference to NPCI and/or any liability of nature on NPCI.
34. The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the offer shall not constitute a claim against NPCI and shall be addressed directly to the merchant.
35. NPCI holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the of the offer(s) offered by merchant. Any dispute or claim regarding the offer(s) by RuPay cardholder/s must be resolved with the merchant directly without any reference to NPCI.
36. NPCI reserves the right to disqualify the alliance partner/s or cardholder/s from the benefits of the program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the program or otherwise by use of the card.
37. NPCI shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may be suffered, or for any nature whatsoever that may be suffered as a result of the offer.
38. In the event of expiry of RuPay card, the same cannot be used for the purposes of claiming any offer(s).
39. NPCI cannot be held liable for any act and omission attributable to force majeure events.
