98% RAM usage in my 12GB Poco F4. MIUI laughably shows 7.5GB free out of 12GB. Use Tako Stats to check RAM usage correctly if your device is not rooted. It additionally requires Shizuku to run (Wireless ADB or ADB). If using Payzapp remove Shizuku afterwards as the stupid app infers it's presence as evidence of root. Also need a much faster CPU to ensure a smooth multitasking. SD870 is way, way faster than the underwhelming SD695 in terms of CPU performance. GPU performance is in another league altogether.
P.S. Have you enquired at Xiaomi service centers regarding battery availability? 3 years is the bare minimum that Xiaomi stocks spares. You should try a different service center if the first one doesn't have it.
Edit: Don't bother about the cams in Moto devices. Even their flagships are usually not competitive nevermind budget devices.
HD+ Display - Very bad - Major cost cutting here instead narzo 60x is a good option in this price bracket.
