Actually it’s a scam you have to login to hdfc site then go to NetBanking and then redeem Most users will forget because they will credit after 3 months Will you remember a casback of 500 pending from last 3 months It’s a big scam same happened with me with Jiofiber They credited without any message But desidime saved me as someone posted about it This is the best site ever

On basis of mine last 3 delieveries in one week
Wrong order delivered to me few hours back, delivery executive knew this fact and now not picking up his phone. Store contact is also not reachable. I ordered worth Rs.1500/- items, recd products valued approx 100 rs. They have started packing orders in blue polythene.
Advice-. The person who is accepting the order must know what he had ordered and should open it ASAP in front of delivery executive. (My family member received it)
Credit card cashback is good but debit card cashback redmption charges will be 99+GST as it is cashback points
I’m resident of Delhi. Let’s see what they do, I’ve raised a query on twitter. On invoice there is different name and address of purchaser.
I was not at home when it delivered. But overall jio is indian company and there is no such systematic execution of work like Amazon & Flipkart do. It’s just an ordinary Lala ji ki dukaan started to work online.
With Time it will improve and features will be added.
Already improved a lot since it’s launched.
Wow, my friend told me to use jio mart, he had a great experience. After reading all these reviews, I would say, it’s good I didn’t try it yet.

I ordered vegetables & they have sent me worst quality (damaged, rotten etc)

I’ve ordered multiple times from jio mart. The experience for me in Bangalore is very good till now. Price is comparatively lower than other online vendors. I have mostly ordered fruits, vegetables and snacks till now.
There are some items in the website described as “loose”, like loose wheat, loose daal
Do they pack them as shown below? I wash all packets immediately. If they pack like below, I can’t wash them.
In Pune, they sent the loose items in paper bags. Had to keep in corner for one week before using
rotten, expired products delivered. no response from care even after 2 days now
My personal experience very risky to place prepaid orders better to pay on COD to avoid faltu tensions

Missing products ka refund he nahi detha worst customer care
Don’t order from this pathetic website. Previously it was delivering products. Last Sunday I have ordered products worth Rs 1600. After 5 days also They are not delivered. After trying to contact customer care so many times through Twitter, Customer care told me that they are not able to see my order at all. Pathetic customer service.
Do not pay any online amount to jiomart u will not get 10% cashback but will loose ur 100% money as it will be marked delivered without delivering you only order on cod , it’s a fraud company happened to me twice in online payment
