This Offer is open to all American Express® Cardmembers whose Accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Cardmember (“Cardmember”) for this Offer means a person holding a Card issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India.

This offer is valid for American Express Corporate Cards issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India. This offer is valid on Cards issued by a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express ("Network Cards “) issued in India.

This program is being offered by the participating service establishment only and shall be valid for the period mentioned in the Offer.

The Offer in this program will be fulfilled at the merchant’s end only.

This Offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. The Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this Offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.

• Offer starts from 00:00:00 hrs of 30th April 2022 and is valid till 23:59:59 hrs of 3rd May 2022.
• The offer is applicable until the maximum discount of ₹1000 is availed, can be availed in one transaction or multiple transactions.
• There is no promo code required to avail the discount
• This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
• There are no blackout dates for this offer.
• This offer is also applicable on the Supplementary Cards.
• Maximum discount is capped at ₹1000 per card during the offer period.
• This offer is applicable on both Myntra website and mobile app.
• Discount will be calculated basis the final payment amount inclusive of taxes and delivery charges (if any).
• This Offer is not applicable on transactions made through EMI, Internet ”1wjz3q1i99af" id="_1wjz3q1i99af">banking, Card/Cash-on-delivery transactions and on Gift Wrap or premium delivery charges.

• The Cardmember shall indemnify and hold Myntra, American Express Banking Corp., FAPL and seller harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by such sellers as a consequence of (i) violation of these terms and conditions, of the terms of user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) as mentioned on the Platform; (ii) violation of applicable laws; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the part of the Cardmember.
• All government Levied taxes like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardmember as applicable at the time where respective Offer is offered.
• This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
• This Offer is valid only in India. The minimum age of such Cardmember must be 18 years.
• Further, as required by applicable law, in the event that the Cardmember makes a purchase of an amount equal to or above Rs. 2,00,000, the Cardmember will be required to upload a scanned copy of his/her PAN card on the Platform, within 4 days of making the purchase, failing which, the purchase made by the Cardmember will be cancelled. The requirement to submit the PAN card arises only once and if it has been submitted once by the Cardmember, it need not be submitted again. • Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained till 60 days from date of transaction. Cardmember can call Myntra Customer care at 080 6156 1999 to raise queries regarding the offer. The queries will be answered within

  • In no case, whatsoever, can the discount amount be refunded, encashed or partly encashed
  • Myntra’s Return and Exchange Policy offers cardmembers the option to return or exchange items purchased on Myntra’s application within 30 days of the receipt.
