Looking at the Flipkart big billion day trap, I fell into it by purchasing Lenovo K3 note

From the day 1, the device is having problems while running Games, details of the problem as follows

1. Games will run very smoothly for first 5 mins of start, after 5 mins, frame rate starts reducing
2. after 10 mins, frame, rates further reduces, game become unplayable,
3. Severe, frame reduction, almost like hang & release like movement and eventually game comes to an end even you are expert in that game

I tested only my favorite games 1. Subway surfers 2. Beach Buggy Blitz, and having problem with both

Day 2 of Purchase: I have done hard reset of this device (Volume up + start), and again checked, the problem is still occurring

Day 3: Requested flipkart for replacement, their representative called me and told me to check all the device by getting into the options by typing the combination ####1111#, I have done as per his sayings to see if the temperature of the device is getting over 60, but temperature is in normal limits, he REJECTED the return request

Day 4: Again raised the return request, Flipkart representative called me and asked me to install their own app, SMARTCHK, and done the performance testing, even this app also could not identify the problem, so they again told me that they are REJECTING my return request.
I asked them how can they believe blindly with one app SMARTCHK to check device is well. Flipkart started arguing and told that they are not responsible for whatever problems with third party applications, I want to know if anybody exist in the world using the mobile withOUT installing third party applications. If I tell games lagging problem, they are not considering the problem as these games are also third party applications, to say in one work they behaving like mulish

So, seniors or experienced dimers, can you please advice me know how should I handle this type of issues and how to get my device replaced

Now a days Flipkart is very tough to handle, if you want to get replacement even if there is a problem, and it is almost impossible to return the product.

AVOID flipkart in buying expensive items, if you want to be at safer side

But they sold thousands of k3 note… and it has good reviews only… my cousin will get delivery tomorrow.

please let me know if some one else is also having the same heating issues. because I ordered it to my friend, since he believed in me to choose a mobile of my choice. looking at the reviews I ordered this. Though my friend won’t tell me if he faces any problem but I will feel guilty if any issue arises…mine is not yet shipped..

As per the reviews, I do not think every device is having this problem, I suspect only few devices. I think Lenovo K3 has not got quality test passed before releasing, they just made and released into market due to cost cutting, that’s why reviews are mixed
But, once the box opened, flipkart will not take return, only replacement they accept only if their apps like SMARTCHK shows problem, they will not listen you whatever you are saying, their SMARTChk has to show the problem, then only they will accept replacment

Even Simple browsing created battery temp raised up to 48 deg, I noticed

I bought Asus Zenfone Laser from Flipkart on 16th, still to be shipped. I wonder if they are cheating people by just selling phones at attractive prices and actually not delivering the product. Expected delivery date is 30th Oct, hasn’t been shipped, don’t know if they will ship it or cancel.

Does anyone else has this concern? BTW, i stay in Hyderabad.

Few of my products is not been shipped yet which was placed on 15 oct. Flipkart last its charm and Amazon is the No.1 in terms of shopping experience.

Its true. Flipkart is pathetic now a days. Even i received my order after 8-9 days and that also after about 7-8 emails,3-4 calls. they were behaving like govt. office.you need to keep pushing them to deliver. Just irritated by their behavior.

Same problem here. Placed an order for Note 4 on 16th. Status shows “Approved” for a week now. Expected date is 31st. I’d be losing over 2 weeks of Warranty period now.

I’ve stopped buying from almost all other portals after their pathetic services, and restricted myself to Amazon and FK. Now I guess I should add FK to the long list of my “do-not-buy” websites as well.

I called them and told that the display problem also exist along with the main problem, they told they will be arranging some technician and he will be coming home on Monday to check the device, need to wait what he will tell
