This offer (“Offer”) is co-sponsored by American Express Banking Corp. (American Express) and Flipkart Advanz Private Limited (“Flipkart Advanz”) on www.flipka...om, Flipkart mobile app and Flipkart mobile site (collectively referred to as “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (Flipkart, We or Our). It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current American Express Card (“Cardmember/You/Your” and “Card”).
By participating in the Offer (defined below), Cardmember agree to be bound by:

Offer Details

The Offer is valid from 22nd December 2021 (00:00 Hours) to 23rd December 2021 (23:59 Hours).
Under this Offer, Cardhmember will get a 10% instant discount on the purchase of select products from appliances and electronics products sold on the Platform. This instant discount shall be co-sponsored by the American Express Banking Corp and Flipkart Advanz.
The discount will be applied to the Net Cart Value (“NCV”). The minimum NCV to avail this Offer is INR 5000. The maximum discount per Card during the Offer Period is INR 2000, NCV shall mean the total value of only the eligible product/s in the cart after all applicable discounts and exchange offer redemptions.
The Offer is NOT applicable on transactions made using American Express Corporate & Commercial Card
In case a partial payment is made through Flipkart Gift Card, Offer will apply only on the amount paid through the Card against the purchase of eligible products, provided such amount equals or exceeds INR 5000.
