I have platinum travel card and I asked customer care if I’m eligible or not as I’m not seeing this in my offers section nor I received any email. And he said everyone with a card with reward multiplier option is eligible.

Yes, if your expenses on Amazon is upto Rs. 4000 a month.
Amex Rewards Card gives you Rs. 250 cashback (1000 bonus points) for doing 4 transactions of 1000 each every month. That means If you spend Rs. 4000, you get Rs. 250 cashback. But using Amazon Icici card you get Rs. 200 on spending Rs. 4000.
But if your expenses on amazon is more than Rs. 4000 then you may need to go for Amazon icici card.
However, there are certain other pros and cons of using both types of cards.
