Terms prescribed by Alliance Partner in relation to the Offer

Offer 1:

• Eligible bank customer has to select the bank offer on the payment page to avail the offer.

• Non–eligible bank customer will receive appropriate error messages and can proceed without the instant discount.

• Instant discount will not be extended for the customer if he/she fails to select the bank offer.

• Maximum Instant Discount under the offer will be Rs. 3,500 at a card level.

• Offer will not be applicable on Business, Commercial & Corporate ICICI Bank Credit Cards.

• Offer will not be applicable on ICICI Bank Amazon Pay credit card.

• Offer cannot be combined with brand EMI offer.

• Program is applicable only on transactions done on campaign days & will not be applicable on any other day of the week.

• Maximum 1 transaction on a card per Campaign will be eligible for the offer, any further transaction using same card will not get the benefit of the offer. Only 1 card per invoice is eligible for the offer.

• ICICI Bank cardholder can avail the offer only on the first valid transaction during each month of the offer period. Subsequent transactions in the month will not be applicable for the offer.

• Offer applicable only for the first valid transaction in each month, which is fulfilling all conditions including Net transaction value, as mentioned in the offer details.

• Net transaction value shall mean the retail price of the products purchased less discount offered to the cardholders at the Croma retail outlets or Croma.com website.

• The instant discount is applicable on a single transaction and bills cannot be clubbed to avail the same.

• Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 22^nd Jan’25. Post such date, ICICI Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any cardholder.

• Bank Card Account is required to be active and non-delinquent. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for this offer.

• All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc., that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders apart of this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.

• Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by ICICI Bank or by Merchant.

• The Program is for the consumption of individual retail consumers only Infiniti Retail & ICICI Bank reserve right to modify or end the offer during the campaign period.
