tnc is partially incorrect (written 27th dec as start date) but it was never been live before 01st jan 25.... at the time of updating this bbsd deal live, there was no official banner of bank offer added by flipkart except this icici bank offer is grocery section...from past many months, there had been icici offer (may be some gap in between, but in general context) at the start of month.. without any bank offer, any banner deals looks like newbie banner... so, used dimer experience over namesake TnCs and concluded as part of this banner sale/deal
