Is thinner with same weight
Has better display(Dolby vision, hdr, more bright, 1 billion colours vs none of that on ipad)
Has better display protection ( gorilla glass 3)
Has bigger display with more screen to body ratio and more resolution and higher refresh rate( 11 inch vs 10.2 inch, 83% vs 73%, 309 vs 265 ppi, 144hz vs 60hz). The refresh rate alone is a deal breaker.
Has faster cpu but slower gpu
More storage(128 vs 64gb)
Faster storage( ufs 3.1)
More ram( 6gb vs 3gb)
Faster ram (lpddr5 vs lpdd4x)
Better back camera with 4k recording( if you care about that on a tablet)
More speakers(4 vs 2)
Better wifi( 6 vs 5)
Newer bluetooth version( 5.2 vs 4.2)
A USB C PORT VS DEAD LIGHTNING PORT(and faster one at that 3.2 vs 2.0)
Larger battery with faster charging( 8840mah vs 8557 mah, 33 vs 20w)
Is newer and still in production. Ipad 9th gen has been discontinued this year.
Similiar app support ( since ipad os will not be turned into mac os)
I fail.to see how ipad is better. During sale you could get mi pad around the same price or slightly more.
Heck, you could get a 12th intel gen laptop at slightly more which would run full desktop grade application and software and blow these out of water.
