Bro I have added 650 worth gift vouchers and the payment got successful but I have received only the gift voucher of 150 and the remaining amount 488 got refunded to ola postpaid and 12 rupees in magicpin wallet
By the way i dont have any magicpin wallet balance and I dont why they deposited 12 in magicpin wallet and the remaining in ola

Not received Cashback for transaction done on 2nd September. Raised ticket and they resolved it saying they will check and update within 3 working days.
Same not received for me too. I’ll not buy from today onwards. No point using postpaid service, if they deny the cashback.

P.S. Ola cc are full of shit people. I raise a complaint for cashback and one of there agent told me that they will confirm with merchant whether my transaction is successful or refunded. I was like *Tum kyu ho is duniya me jb kuch samajh he nahi aata".
