What do these banks think while joining SC for promotion? Almost all banks have joined sc over 1 year.
And without discount on cards, they aren’t gonna get volume or traction from this low voltage sale

Update- All BOI cards are BIS with shipping.
SC card discount will work on BOI cards as the offer is showing on product page(Just a wild guess).
No SC card to confirm.
So try and loot BOI cards.
