Terrible Experience with Boat Company - Avoid at All Costs!

I recently purchased a product from Boat, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. I spent a significant amount of money, expecting a quality product and reliable service. Unfortunately, I received neither.

Firstly, the product itself was subpar and did not meet the expectations set by the company. It was clear that the quality control was lacking, and the product was not worth the price I paid.

To make matters worse, the customer service was abysmal. I reached out multiple times for assistance and received no helpful response. It felt like I was talking to a wall. The so-called “warranty” is a complete myth. They do not follow any protocols, and getting any support or resolution is impossible.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Boat. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company to avoid the hassle and financial loss I have experienced.
